Responsibilities
Oversee daily bar operations, stock management, SOP compliance and customer service
Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
Monitor service quality, resolve customer querries promptly, and foster a welcoming environment
Implement training programmes for staff on service procedures and product knowledge
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with health regulations
Develop promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clientele
Skills
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example
Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
Good organisational skills to manage stock levels, schedules, and operational tasks effectively
Previous experience in hotel or barista roles is advantageous but not essential
Exceptional communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanour suitable for hospitality settings
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining high service standards
