Growroom

and our vibrant

Foodhall bar

What You'll Do

Supervise bar operations and ensure smooth service. Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock control, and compliance. Support events and special occasions in our Growroom venue.

What We're Looking For

Previous bar or hospitality experience (supervisory experience is a plus). Strong leadership and communication skills. A passion for great food, drinks, and creating memorable experiences. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
