We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader/Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage Team.

This is a great opportunity for Team Leader to be part of a growing and busy Cocktail Bar. The right candidate will be highly motivated, hardworking with a passion for food, beverage and fantastic customer Service.

Responsibilities:

Support the Bar Manager in the smooth running of the operation Be involved in recruiting, building and training a team Work alongside the team to create a fantastic guest experience Support the manager with ordering & stock management Open and close the business Drive high standards across the business Be responsible for health & safety and food safety alongside the manager

You will have:

Previous experience as a Team leader in a similar environment Proven ability to lead and inspire a team Eager to learn and develop your team Excellent attention to detail Ability to multi-task and remain focused Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Zero hours contract

Pay: From 12.25 per hour
