Responsibilities

Supervise and manage bar staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient service delivery. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including equipment and supplies. Train new team members on bar procedures, food production techniques, and customer service excellence. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Implement health and safety regulations within the bar environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality or restaurant setting is essential. Culinary experience or food preparation skills are highly desirable. Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production is required. Experience in barista duties or working within a hotel environment is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to foster a positive team atmosphere.
