We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible service Handle cash and card transactions efficiently, providing accurate change when necessary Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts Engage with guests to create a friendly atmosphere, promoting repeat business Follow health and safety regulations at all times, including food safety protocols

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and excellent customer service skills Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Good organisational skills with effective time management to handle busy periods Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and friendliness Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable A personable attitude with excellent communication skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or shifts as required
