Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area throughout shifts Check identification to verify legal drinking age Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy periods Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and create a lively atmosphere

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety standards and alcohol regulations Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour Good organisational abilities to manage multiple orders simultaneously Basic maths skills for handling payments and giving correct change Effective time management to prioritise tasks during busy periods Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting Personal presentation that reflects professionalism and attentiveness

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
