Experienced Front of House Staff (Waiting & Bar).
The Prince of Wales, Ton Kenfig.
Part-time / Permanent.
We are a friendly, family-run country pub with a focus on great service, quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for an experienced and reliable team member to join us in a combined waiting and bar role.
Responsibilities:Serving drinks behind the bar in line with licensing requirements. Taking food and drink orders at tables and ensuring excellent customer service. Handling payments accurately. Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. Supporting the wider team during busy service times.
Requirements:Must be 18+ (due to licensing laws). Previous experience in hospitality (bar and/or waiting) essential. Must have own transport (due to rural location and limited public transport). Availability to work evenings and weekends.Friendly, professional, and able to work well as part of a team in a busy, well-rearded pub.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
