Dulse Seafood & Wine by Dean Banks, is looking for a FOH Supervisor to join our team.
About the Role:
The FOH Supervisor is one of the key facing roles in the restaurant and has considerable influence on the overall guest experience. As a supervisor, you will oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow. You will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities, support staff training and development & collaborate with kitchen staff to provide seamless service. You will be hands-on maintaining high standards of service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
About the candidate:
You will have at least 1-2 years experience in a similar role
You will have a high standard of customer service & attention to detail.
You will be dedicated & flexible.
