Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Barback to join our lively team at Coyote Ugly Saloon . Located in the heart of the town, this role is essential in supporting our bartenders and ensuring a seamless service experience for our guests. Your contributions will help maintain our vibrant atmosphere and uphold our commitment to outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist bartenders by restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness behind the bar. Clean glassware and utensils to ensure hygiene standards are met. Help with food preparation as needed during busy shifts. Manage waste disposal and keep the bar area organized. Engage with customers to enhance their experience while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and cleanliness standards. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred but not essential Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.20-13.00 per hour
