What You'll Do:

Keep the bar stocked with all the essentials - liquor, garnishes, ice and glassware so bartenders are always ready to craft the next perfect drink.Prepping Like a Pro:
Help bartenders prep for the rush, slice fruit, make garnishes, and get everything in place so drinks fly out fast and flawless.Keep It Moving:
Maintain a steady flow of clean glassware. You'll be the essential support that keeps the bar operating seamlessly.Stay One Step Ahead:
Anticipate what the team needs before they even ask - because a great barback is always prepared to jump in and keep things going.What We're Looking For:
You've worked in a busy bar or restaurant before or just have a natural ability to hustle and stay organized. You're the ultimate teammate, always ready to pitch in and keep the energy high. You make work feel like a good time for everyone. You think fast, move fast, and can handle multiple tasks at once without breaking a sweat. You notice when things are running low and know just when to step in and replenish supplies, keeping everything seamless for the bartenders.
