AIM OF THE ROLE
To work closely and communicate with all bar staff to oversee general running of the bars.
To monitor stock control and rotation in line with supervisors and management.
To keep all stock organised safely and distributed accurately.
To perform all duties/responsibilities of a bar back as required.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To maintain the steady flow of bar service by observing any areas that require additional stock.
To monitor preparation and back up preparation levels for all beverages including liquid and consumables with assessment of business levels.
To understand the process of the delivery system and how to store deliveries safely and securely in line with any regulations the company may have.
To complete line clean as required following the methods and health and safety procedures in place.
To assist in any required back of house, front of house or other deep cleaning required.
BAR BACK DUTIES
To work in line with stock rotation by rotating any shorter shelf-life stock to the front.
To restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies ahead of time using initiative and comms.
To prepare fruit, garnishes and food as requested and to spec.
To assess the needs of the bar and instill a safe and clean environment where applicable
To clean glasses, utensils and equipment.
To maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, being as tidy and organised as possible.
To comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
To be responsible for cleanliness of the venue inclusive but not restricted to set up, clean down, floors, waste and surfaces.
To be able to work in other areas of the venue according to the needs of the business.
To work closely alongside other members of staff to ensure good communication and excellent service.
To have an understanding of product knowledge in line with being responsible for product organisation and maintenance.

You must be able to work weekends.
You must be prepared to work flexible hours according to the needs of the business.
The position requires an amount of manual handling and heavy lifting.
