Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Barback/Kitchen Porter to join our team in a bustling hospitality environment. The role involves supporting bar and kitchen operations and ensuring a clean and organised workspace.
Duties
- Assist with bar and kitchen setup, breakdown and service operations throughout shift
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards on the bar and back of house
- Wash and dry glasses, utensils, and bar and kitchen equipment
- Keep back of house areas tidy and organised
- Dispose of waste appropriately
- Support bar staff and chefs as needed
Skills
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant or bar is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and help wherever needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.50 per hour
