Barber Trainee Wanted - Start Your Journey in a New Barbershop!
Are you a recent college graduate with a passion for grooming and a desire to develop your barbering skills? I have opened a brand-new barbershop and I am looking for a enthusiastic, motivated trainee to join our team!
What we're looking for:
A recent graduate out of barbering college A keen learner with a good attitude and a passion for grooming Willing to work a few days a week to start and grow your skills Eager to develop your craft and take on more responsibility as you improve
What we offer:
Hands-on training and mentorship in a friendly, professional environment The opportunity to learn all aspects of barbering, from fades to classic cuts Gradual increase in working days as your skills improve A chance to grow with the business and build your confidence and client base
Your journey:
Begin part-time learning the ropes, and as you gain confidence and proficiency, you'll be able to take on more days and build your skills further. Once you're up to scratch and the shop is busy enough, you'll have the opportunity to work more days and take on greater responsibilities.
