As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional grooming services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims tailored to individual client preferences.
Engage with clients to understand their grooming needs and offer professional advice on styles and products.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and in good working order.
Build rapport with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
Stay updated on current trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to provide clients with the latest styles.
Assist in managing appointment schedules and ensure timely service delivery to all clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience in barbering or hair styling is essential.
Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
A valid barbering qualification or certification is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates with relevant experience.
