Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, beard trims, and shaves Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workspace Manage bookings and walk-ins efficiently Promote products and services to enhance the client experience Work collaboratively with the team to uphold shop standards Follow all health and safety and hygiene procedures
Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills Previous experience working in a busy barbershop (preferred) Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team Willingness to work weekends or evenings if required
