We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering and hair styling, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients while delivering high-quality grooming services.
Responsibilities
Provide professional barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficient in various hair styling techniques and barbering skills.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for the art of grooming.
Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in barbering are preferred but not essential.
Applicants should be Self-employed with their own personal liability insurance. You will be taking home 60% of what you make for the shop, plus 100% of your tips.
