Duties

Provide professional hair styling and barbering services tailored to individual client needs. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques. Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Promote salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Proficient in hair styling techniques, including cutting, colouring, and barbering. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics to ensure high-quality results. Flexibility to adapt to varying client requests and salon demands.
