Duties

Provide high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, styling, and grooming tailored to individual client preferences Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations Offer personalised advice on haircare and styling options to clients Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and optimise client flow Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and sterilised after each use

Qualifications

Proven experience in barbering or hair styling, with a portfolio of work if applicable Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with clients of diverse backgrounds Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Knowledge of current hair styling trends and techniques Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Organised, punctual, and professional demeanour Certification or qualification in barbering or hairdressing is preferred but not essential for experienced candidates

Pay: 21,000.00-52,000.00 per year
