Hours:

4 shifts per week, 8am-5pm, including Saturday

Mermaids Coffee is a proudly independent coffee shop and micro-roastery with two beautiful riverside locations along the Hamble. We hand-roast small batches of specialty coffee and bake all our cakes and treats in-house.

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for coffee and great customer service Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willing to assist with food preparation and general shop duties Flexibility - this position has differing days each week, confirmed at least two weeks in advance through our online roster system

Key Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality coffee using La Marzocco espresso machines Serve customers and handle till operations Assist with food prep Open and close the shop, maintaining a clean, well-presented environment Deliver excellent service and uphold high standards
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 11.00-13.00 per hour
