We're on the lookout for friendly, passionate people to join our opening team! Whether you're a seasoned barista, love working in kitchens, or just have a thing for great coffee and good vibes -- we want to hear from you.

Neighbourhood is all about quality coffee, fresh pastries, and a seasonal brunch menu made with locally sourced ingredients. But more than that, we're a welcoming space where people can meet, connect, and feel at home.

From the morning rush to chilled weekend brunches, we're creating a cafe that feels like a second home -- and we're looking for the right people to help make it happen.

We're hiring for:

Baristas and Food Preparation Assistants (Full-time & Part-time)
You'll be:

Crafting beautiful coffees and drinks with care Prepping fresh ingredients and plating simple, delicious brunch dishes Creating a welcoming, positive space for everyone who walks through the door Keeping things clean, organised, and running smoothly behind the scenes Working as part of a small, friendly team that values each other and our community Have an eye for detail as we document our business venture on social media through photos and reels
We're looking for:

Previous experience in a cafe, kitchen, or hospitality setting (preferred, but not essential -- we'll train the right people!) Barista experience is essential A positive attitude and genuine love for good food, coffee, and community Great communication skills and a willingness to muck in wherever needed
