Operations and Customer Service Assistant to join our busy team and to grow with us for many years to come at Pretty Salon Furniture.
You'll be the first point of contact for our lovely customers, handling everything from enquiries and sales to organising deliveries and supporting behind the scenes with logistics.
As well as a basic salary, we offer an exciting commission structure to reward you for sales you make, giving you guaranteed real earning potential from day one!
Your day-to-day will include:
Answering customer phone calls and web enquiries in a friendly and professional way
Responding to customer emails quickly and helpfully
Advising customers on products and helping them place orders
Handling customer complaints professionally and calmly when they arise
Organising deliveries with our courier partner (DX) using booking sheets
Liaising with the warehouse when new container shipments arrive
Sending out order confirmations and keeping spreadsheets updated
General admin support to keep everything running smoothly

Replying to messages on online chat, social media and emails
Stock inventory
Order and delivery updates
Sales & customer service
We're looking for someone who:
Is confident speaking on the phone and over email
Is organised and can juggle a few tasks at once
Has a friendly, professional attitude
Is happy to deal with complaints and resolve customer issues where needed
Ideally has some experience in customer service, sales or logistics
Is comfortable using spreadsheets, basic systems and email

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
Location: Office Based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex
Basic pay + Commission
