A new food and beverage concept is being built in Watford. It has now been 14 months since we opened our doors to public. At Tepsi, we are seeking dedicated Baristas to join our team in creating exceptional coffee, tea and soft drinks experiences for our customers. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages with precision and care
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect coffee or tea based on their preferences
- Operate coffee-making equipment efficiently and maintain cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Keep the coffee area, kitchen and service areas clean and organised
- Help with basic food preparation tasks as needed

- Help with food service and cleaning the dishes

- Floor management

Qualifications

- Previous experience and speciality coffee training is essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills to engage with customers in a friendly manner

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
