We're looking for a confident, experienced barista to join our growing team in a

hybrid role working across two locations

. This position covers

LongPlay Coffee in Caerphilly and our Newport site (Parc Pantry)

, so flexibility and reliability are essential.

A

full driving licence is required

, or clear evidence that you can travel easily between both locations without relying solely on public transport. This is strongly preferred.

About the role

You'll work across both sites in line with business needs, supporting the team wherever required. From producing excellent drinks to creating a positive customer experience, you'll be a key part of our day to day operations.

Key responsibilities

Prepare consistently high-quality coffee and tea Confident milk steaming for flat whites, lattes, and milk based drinks Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace Deliver warm, friendly service to every customer Work calmly and effectively during busy periods Support wider cafe operations, including food service and setup Rotate between locations as required
What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of barista or cafe experience Confident with espresso based drinks and milk texturing Positive, approachable, and customer-focused Flexible and comfortable working across two sites Trustworthy with strong communication and team skills Passionate about independent hospitality
