We are seeking a full time Barista to join our energetic and vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the cafe, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to our high standards Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Handle customer orders and payments accurately using the till/point-of-sale system Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Perform basic maths calculations for order processing and till operations. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance the overall customer experience.

Experience

Previous experience as a Barista. Previous customer facing experience. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory management. A friendly and welcoming personality with excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
