Lemon Witch is a small independent pancake and milkshake cafe. We are looking for a person who has some Barista and Front of House experience. You will be required to work weekends and at least 4 weeks of the 6 week holiday . You should have a friendly and outgoing personality and be a good team player.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve coffee, milkshakes, smoothies and refresher beverages following company recipes and standards
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Assist customers in choosing menu items, making recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift

- Have an excellent understanding of allergies, intolerances and preferences

- Be able to greet customers on arrival in a friendly manner and have an enthusiastic approach

Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines to ensure the cleanliness of the work area
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
- Experience in food preparation is a plus
- Willingness to help team members when needed
