Job Summary

Miame are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while ensuring that all food safety standards are met.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have. Daily stock reporting to management Weekly/ad-hoc inventory reporting to management Attending all-expenses paid training sessions when required.

Skills

Strong understanding of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe environment. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory. Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours. A friendly disposition with a willingness to help customers create an enjoyable experience.

Experience

Barista: 3 years (preferred) Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
