Malt cafe is a modern Worthing based cafe, with a solid reputation for offering delicious coffee and delicious freshly made meals.
We are seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic individual with a love for coffee and a flair for service to join our team.
2- 3 shifts a week- would include a weekend shift
Key skills required:
Barista trained and proven experience
Skilled at coffee extraction and coffee making
Waiting / bar experience definitely a plus
Being a natural communicator / people's person
Having a keen eye for detail
Great organisational skills
The role will include:
Setting up and dialling in the coffee machine
Making coffees and hot drinks to order
Greeting / Serving customers
Waiting on / clearing tables / working the floor
Taking payment
Keeping the cafe clean and tidy
Being fabulous
