As a Barista, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers enjoy their experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and frappucino Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and serving. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating areas. Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

Previous barista experience (preferred) is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong serving skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Experience (preferred) in food preparation is an advantage. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders efficiently. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
