Shop Assistant with barista experience

to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy,buzzing environment where you'll be contributing to a memorable experience for every guest.


As a Shop Assistant,you'll play an integral role in providing excellent customer service in our deli and shop,where you'll be responsible for greeting customers,assisting with their orders,preparing hot drinks to a high standard,and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the space.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide warm,attentive service to all guests Confidently prepare and serve a range of coffee and hot beverages to Ottolenghi standards Assist customers with food and retail orders,offering knowledgeable recommendations Maintain a clean,organised,and well-stocked shop and coffee station Support the team in daily opening and closing duties

The Ideal Candidate:

A minimum of

1 year of barista experience

in a fast-paced hospitality or cafe setting Previous experience in a deli/shop assistant role or similar Passionate about food,coffee,and delivering exceptional customer service Highly organised,with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach A great team player who communicates effectively and thrives in a lively atmosphere A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to our inclusive and warm team culture
