We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant stall at The Long Road 2025!
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Assist with food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, and some breakfast items, while adhering to food safety guidelines.
Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment is essential.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
