Barista Trainer
to inspire, educate, and represent our brand.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine your barista expertise with leadership and customer service skills in a dynamic, growing company known for quality and innovation in the coffee industry.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering engaging barista training to clients at our Droitwich showroom or at clients' premises.
Managing and maintain an attractive, fully stocked, and welcoming showroom space.
Supporting the sales and marketing teams with demos, events, and promotions.
Keeping up with industry trends and help expand our drink offerings.
Creating drinks for content to use on our social media.
Being a confident ambassador for the Coffee Masters brand, both in person and online.
What We're Looking For
Significant previous experience as a barista or in a coffee shop environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A pro-active self-starter who is highly organised, creative, and passionate about coffee.
A very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and the hospitality sector.
A full, clean driving licence and the flexibility to travel to client sites when required.
