Job Summary

We are currently looking for motivated and reliable FULL-TIME and PART-TIME staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating high-quality beverages. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks, ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers. The successful applicant will contribute to the smooth operation of our cafe, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Duties

Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks Ensure all drinks are made to the company's quality standards and customer specifications Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and dining area Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations Follow food safety procedures at all times, including proper handling of ingredients and equipment Assist with food preparation tasks when required, such as assembling light snacks or organising display items Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

Previous

Barista experience

is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of

food safety
