We're now looking for a flexible and enthusiastic
Cafe / Restaurant All-Rounder

Role Overview
As a Cafe / Restaurant All-Rounder, you'll be involved in every aspect of our cafe's daily operations -- from serving customers and preparing drinks to supporting the kitchen and helping with events.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in providing great service, whether front or back of house. Every day is different -- one shift you might be on the coffee machine, another helping plate dishes or serve at an event.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately and process them using the till system.
Prepare and serve barista-style coffees, teas, and cold drinks.
Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation during busy periods.
Support kitchen operations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
Clear tables and ensure the cafe and dining areas are clean, tidy, and well-presented.
Help with stock rotation, restocking, and deliveries.
Assist with outside catering and event setup when required.
Work flexibly across different areas to support the smooth running of service.

Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality (cafe, restaurant, bar, or catering) preferred.
Basic barista or food handling skills (training can be provided).
A team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Reliable and punctual.
A car and driving licence are preferable for occasional off-site catering work.
