Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient

Barista

to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, serving, and maintaining food safety standards while working in a welcoming setting.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks. Ensure all drinks meet quality and presentation standards. Handle customer orders efficiently with a friendly attitude, providing exceptional service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, including equipment and work surfaces. Follow food safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Manage cash register operations accurately, including taking payments and giving change. Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts. Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light bites when required. Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times, prioritising hygiene standards.

Experience

Previous experience as a

Barista

or in a customer-facing food service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Knowledge of

food safety

procedures is advantageous. Experience in

serving

customers efficiently with excellent communication skills. . Basic

maths

skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Strong

time management
