We're looking for the type of person who is passionate about making someone's day; someone who loves treating every customer like a regular.

You will be confident in a fast-paced role and able to manage the pressure of completing varied tasks such as food and drink preparation, latte art, customer service and cleaning, even during busy periods, all while maintaining our standards.

We're recruiting for an all rounder, somebody who is experienced in FOH & the barista role, and is happy to work both stations where necessary - previous experience as a barista is required for this vacancy.

-Strive to provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.

- Take orders, handle payments, and manage the till system.

- Keep all areas clean, tidy, and display areas well-stocked.

- Assist with food and drink service, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

- Complete daily prep of sandwiches, salads and other foods while completing orders.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management.

- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

- Craft and serve our high-quality specialty coffee and beverages with precision and personality. Extra points for amazing latte art!

- Maintain a clean and organised work station.

- Engage with customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
