Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient

Barista

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality. Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including cleaning equipment and sanitising surfaces in accordance with food safety standards. Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests when possible. Follow food safety procedures diligently to uphold hygiene standards at all times.

Experience

Previous experience as a

Barista

or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of

food safety

regulations is advantageous. Experience in

serving

customers and handling cash transactions is desirable. Basic

food preparation

skills are beneficial for assisting with light kitchen tasks. Good

time management

skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Ability to perform basic

maths

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.75 per hour
