Are you a coffee enthusiast with barista experience or someone passionate about making great coffee? We're opening our brand-new Boardwalk Social in Donaghadee and we're looking for YOU! We need friendly, fun-loving, and hard-working people to help us launch this exciting new chapter. Full-time or part-time - we'd love to meet you.

About Us:

Boardwalk Social is a cozy brunch and specialty coffee cafe, and we're thrilled to be bringing our love of great coffee and genuine hospitality to the beautiful seaside town of Donaghadee. We take pride in serving delicious coffee with the help of our trusted suppliers and our beloved espresso machine. Our mission is simple: to put hospitality back into the hospitality industry by making every customer feel at home.

What You'll Bring:

- Passion for creating a memorable coffee experience

- Skills to dial in an espresso machine, steam perfect milk, and pour beautiful latte art

- Positive, can-do attitude with the energy to keep up in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to chat with customers and make them feel welcome

What You'll Do:

- Make each coffee with care and present it with a smile

- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable workspace

- Support team members in creating a positive atmosphere

- Be part of the exciting launch of our new Donaghadee cafe!
