We are an Independent, Award Winning Coffee Shop located in Donaghadee. We pride ourselves on providing Great Food, Coffee & Customer Service to everyone that visits.

Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team with immediate start available. You will play a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages. Your enthusiasm for coffee and customer service will help us deliver an exceptional experience to every guest.

Shifts & Hours typically vary however we are open 09:00 - 16:00 Wednesday to Sunday & usually only open Monday & Tuesday if there are bank holidays.

All of our staff benefit from Tips which we pay weekly. Typically they workout around 1 extra per hour however this does vary.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately. Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to at all times Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with health regulations Assist in food preparation tasks as required, including assembling snacks or light meals Manage cash & till operations with accuracy using basic maths skills Restock supplies and organise stock to ensure smooth service flow Manage time effectively during peak hours to minimise wait times and optimise customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Previous
