Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality drinks, maintaining cleanliness in the shop, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of hot drinks to our standard. Maintain cleanliness in all areas. Assist with set up and cleaning after hours. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and offering advice on any item for sale within our baker/deli/coffee shop after some training.
Skills
Previous barista experience is essential although training will be provided. Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. A positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team setting. A friendly, confident personality is a must.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4.5 - 23 per week
