Overview

We are seeking a

very experienced

passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your expertise in coffee preparation and customer service will ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are fresh and presented attractively. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions and operate the till with basic math skills for accurate billing. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Engage with customers to create a friendly environment, promoting repeat business.

Requirements

Previous barista experience is essential for at least 12 months (please no time wasters, don't apply if you haven't got more than 12 months experience). Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team environment.
