We're looking for an experienced, passionate and driven Barista to join the team at

in Wythenshawe Manchester. This role sits at the heart of what we do - crafting exceptional coffee, delivering genuine hospitality, and creating moments our guests remember. You'll be part of a space built on quality, culture, and attention to detail, with the opportunity to grow and develop within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve exceptional espresso-based drinks, tea and speciality beverages with attention to quality, detail and presentation. Calibrate equipment, maintain grind and extraction standards througout the day. Prepare and serve freshly made sandwiches and breakfast items with efficiency and presentation at heart. Deliver genuine, friendly service that reflects Founder's welcoming and redefined atmosphere. Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar at all times. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met. Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment. Manage orders and payments accurately using POS system. Demonstrate the ability to prepare food to order with accuracy and efficiency. Manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Support team members to create a welcoming atmosphere. Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth daily operation.

Qualification

Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a barista is essential. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. Excellent time management skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. A friendly disposition with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.I Passion for coffee and enjoy working in a dynamic setting. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
