Alessio's, a well established cafe in the heart of Kirkintilloch, who prides itself in quality. From our customer service to our food and drink, we have high expectations and aim to deliver these to our amazing customers. We buy quality produce from local suppliers and offer a fresh menu covering breakfast and lunch. We have an in house bakery team who supply our cakes and we also roast our own coffee which we also sell to the public.

Summary

We are seeking a passionate and friendly Barista to join our team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests enjoy the finest coffee experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers. Ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times. Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude. Assist in food preparation during busy periods. Manage time efficiently to handle multiple orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station. Support team members to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role. Knowledge of food safety regulations. Strong time management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
