Overview

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated

Barista

to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining high standards of food safety, and ensuring the smooth operation of the cafe during busy periods. Previous experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided to the right candidate.

Duties

Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area in accordance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions and operate the till with accuracy Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks when required Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed at all times Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations Manage time effectively during peak hours to minimise wait times

Requirements

Previous

barista experience
