Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and seating areas. Adhere to food safety standards during food preparation and service. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a pleasant interaction. Assist with food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, as needed. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Skills

Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
