New Dessert Parlour

We are looking to hire an experienced Barista looking to do all rounders within the dessert parlour.

You will need to know how to make Crepes, Waffles, Milkshakes and must be able to work at a fast pace.

We will require experience of up to 1yr.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are fresh and presented attractively. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to food safety standards. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions efficiently while demonstrating basic maths skills for accurate billing. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. A genuine passion for coffee and the desire to learn about different brewing techniques is highly valued.

Pay: 12.21-12.30 per hour
