Overview
Victoria's Coffee Shop is a busy, independent cafe known for its friendly atmosphere, brunches, and great coffee. We're looking for an experienced barista to join our front-of-house team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks to a high standard Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude Take orders, handle payments, and assist with food service Keep the coffee area clean, stocked, and well-presented Work efficiently during busy periods and support the kitchen when needed
Requirements:
Previous barista or cafe experience essential Confident with espresso machines and milk texturing Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliable, organised, and able to stay calm under pressure
