About Us

Chavenage Challenges is an enterprise at the heart of the Chavenage Estate near Tetbury. With a strong focus on quality and sustainability we have developed an exceptional community space; workshops, a coffee shop and an event venue.

We are currently looking for a Barista / allrounder who can work in a lively, fast paced, fun environment.

Duties

- Make a range of coffees utilising sound Barista experience
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle card transactions and operate the EPOS accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. Create a positive customer experience and drive sales

- Excellent Barista skills which include ability to clean and daily maintenance of coffee machinery
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety guidelines
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

-Qualifications

Level 2 Food Hygiene (we can put you through this if you dont have it)
