We are seeking a friendly and efficient

Barista/All Rounder

to join our vibrant cafe team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing high-quality beverages, assisting customers, and supporting daily cafe operations to ensure an exceptional experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items with precision and care Operate POS systems for orders, payments, and transactions Manage customer orders efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Handle cash and perform cashiering duties accurately using retail math and food handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation and serving areas Assist with food preparation, food handling, and basic food safety compliance Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods Restock supplies, clean equipment, and ensure the cafe remains organized and inviting Support team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and cafe operations Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in food service or retail environments is a plus Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
