We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barre Instructor to join our Yoga, Pilates & Barre Studio, specialising in sports coaching and educational instruction. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting participants in achieving their fitness and skill development goals. Duties

Design and deliver customised coaching programmes tailored to participants' needs and skill levels Lead training sessions across various sports disciplines, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all attendees Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to facilitate effective learning Monitor participant progress and offer constructive feedback to encourage improvement Maintain organised session plans and keep track of attendance and performance records Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere that motivates participants to engage actively Stay informed about the latest coaching techniques and anatomical knowledge to enhance instructional quality Collaborate with other team members to develop new programmes and activities

Experience

Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching roles, with a strong understanding of various athletic disciplines Knowledge of human anatomy relevant to sports performance and injury prevention Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners of all ages Prior experience in designing training programmes or lesson plans is advantageous A recognised qualification in sports coaching or teaching is preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates
