Responsibilities

Design and deliver customised coaching programmes tailored to participants' skill levels and goals Lead training sessions with professionalism, motivation, and clear instruction Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities to prevent injuries Maintain organised equipment and facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, confidence, and enjoyment Keep up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques and industry standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching roles Strong knowledge of anatomy and physical health principles Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of learners Relevant qualifications in sports coaching or education are desirable Passionate about promoting physical activity and personal development Organised, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team Prior experience working with different age groups is advantageous
